Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating an account or submitting a release to PR-USA.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PR-USA.org distributes press releases supplied by third parties. We publish submissions through an automated pipeline and do not endorse, verify, or fact-check their content. Each release is the responsibility of the issuing organization.
Your content
You confirm you own or are licensed to publish everything you submit, that the release is lawful, and that its statements are factual to the best of your knowledge.
You grant PR-USA.org a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your release (including in RSS feeds and search engines) for the life of the site. You keep all rights to your content.
Acceptable use
Do not submit: spam or purely promotional advertisements with no news value; illegal content; adult material; malware or phishing; false or misleading claims; content that infringes the rights of others; or automated bulk submissions.
Do not impersonate an organization you do not represent.
Moderation and removal
The automated pipeline reviews every submission and may reject or hold any release at its discretion. We may edit, unpublish, or remove content that violates these terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.
Users may report abuse via the Report Abuse link on any release; reports are reviewed by our moderation pipeline.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before submitting releases. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person or organization may maintain multiple newsrooms only with prior approval.
Free accounts may publish one release every 30 days. Premium upgrades are per-release and non-refundable once a release is published.
Payments
Premium upgrades are processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive your newsroom handle, email, and payment confirmation - not your card details.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR-USA Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from the content of any release.
